    Vaughn Greenhill - President

    Representing: Landscape Gardeners

    Vaughn is the General Manager at Phillip Johnson Landscapes. Vaughn is a qualified landscaper with previous experience running his own business, before taking over the construction management role at Phillip Johnson five years ago. Vaughn has extensive experience project managing complex residential and commercial landscape projects, and has implemented a thorough quality assurance program for all of their systems.

    Georgia Harper - Vice President

    Representing: Designer Members

    Georgia left a corporate career behind her 15 years ago, retrained as a landscape designer, and hasn’t looked back.  Her ethos is to create individual gardens for individuals – covering a vast array of styles, sizes and locations throughout Victoria and interstate. Her gardens have won awards at MIFGS, the National AILDM Awards and Landscape Victoria, and been covered in countless publications.  She is currently Chair of the Course Advisory Committee for the Associate Degree in Urban Horticulture for University of Melbourne, Burnley.

    Chris Keay - Secretary

    As the Director of Landscape Plus for 4 years, and having contributed to the Events Committee, Chris views his position on the Board as a great opportunity to represent LV with fresh, young blood and a different way of thinking for its members. 

    "I believe there is still a lot of growth and awareness that needs to be made to the public in relation to contracting a registered landscape builder. This is a space that needs a push so that we as contractors can price accordingly to the client and they understand why costs are what they are. Even the playing field!"

    Rebekah French - Treasurer

    The youngest member of the LV Board, Rebekah brings with her a wealth of knowledge and skill.  She currently holds the position of Lawyer and Associate at M+K Lawyers, where she is responsible for providing advice on industrial relations and employment law and safety. Through her position on the LV Board, Rebekah hopes to help grow the capabilities of members through training, grow the brand and presence of LV to become the preeminent association for those in the landscaping industry and organise and participate in networking opportunities for those in the landscaping industry.

  • Paul Hamilton

    Paul Hamilton

    Paul Hamilton is the director of Hamilton Landscapes. He has been in the industry for 14 years, and an LV member since 2006.

    “Having spent 6 years on the board, the last 4 as President, I believe that right now, my ongoing involvement will assist with the transition and succession plan that we have been working on for the last 12 months as the new President takes on the leadership role. I look forward to continuing to develop the growth in membership and public awareness of our industry Association."

    Representing: Designer Members

    Lisa runs a landscape design and garden maintenance business, Lisa Ellis Gardens, based in East Malvern. Lisa studied at Burnley College before setting up her own business. Prior to studying landscape design and horticulture, she worked in marketing and project management.

    Peter Koren

    Representing: Supplier Members

    Peter is the owner of Rock 'n Stone in Malvern. He is a relatively new player within the industry, but brings with him a wealth of knowledge from a career spanning many years in the advertising industry. Peter also has extensive experience in board memberships of not for profit organisations. His skills and knowledge will be invaluable to supporting the work of the board and the Association.

    Sally Tulloch

    Representing: Landscape Education

    Sally has worked in the landscaping industry for more than 20 years as a teacher in Horticulture and Landscaping at Holmesglen, and in her own landscape design business. She has had significant involvement at MIFGS, in community landscaping projects, and in the LV awards judging.

    "I see this role as a great opportunity to represent all education institutes, and a chance to work with the industry to improve the relevance and standard of education, training and accreditation. I look forward to working with members to build on the existing quality and strength of Landscaping Victoria."

    Scott Tymkin 

    Scott began his swimming pool design and construction business in 2004 after spending 11 enjoyable years in the industry. Enkipools has quickly established itself as one of the Victoria’s premium swimming pool companies on the back of an unrelenting focus on quality, design and customer service. Scott is passionate about bringing design, function and technology together to create unique intelligent pools that suit the owner’s lifestyle as well as the dwelling and surrounding landscape. Scott is passionate about the environment, enjoying the challenges of minimising the impact and bringing balance to the landscape.

    Chris Weiss

    Chris has well over a decade of experience in the industry, has won multiple awards and has developed an enviable reputation for exceptional high-end finish. He is currently the Director of Formation Landscapes and has been a member with Landscaping Victoria since 2009.

    "I want to get involved in the industry that is our livelihood, hoping to add value from my experience in running a successful medium sized landscape business.  I feel very positively about the direction that Landscaping Victoria is heading. I believe their current focus on consumer awareness is of vital importance to the success of all members"
