    • Developing detailed project cost spreadsheets including labour, materials, BOQ's, equipment and subcontractor requirements for tenders;

    • Reviewing and analysing technical drawings, specifications and relevant documentation  to complete take-offs for estimating and pricing purposes;
    • Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and determine project costs;
    • Overseeing and assist the Tender Administrator with preparing the tender submission including: the project management plan; methodology and construction programme etc
    • Lead the procurement process for contracted works, including financial software, reporting systems and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ);

    • Providing costs for project variances; and
    • Performing project wrap-up meetings in conjunction with the Project Manager and Supervisor to evaluate actual results as compared with estimated costs, identify process improvements and review supplier and subcontractor performances to improve performance on future projects
