  • Administration & Membership Officer

    LV_LogoReg_RGB

Are you a gun organiser who is tired of the same old admin scene?

Excellent! Then we have the job you have been looking for! Variety. Challenges. Autonomy. Great people. Fantastic industry. You know you want it!

Landscaping Victoria (LV) is a progressive not-for-profit association of committed professionals working in an exciting and expanding industry.

We are looking for an agile self-starter to join our small but passionate team who is personable, well organised, flexible and enthusiastic. A healthy sense of humour won't go astray either.

The role of 'Administration & Membership Project Officer' is the official title, but really you are the "I can organise anything, talk to anyone and do everything exceptionally well with my eyes shut and still have time for a coffee Officer".

The effectiveness of the person in this role will depend on their ability to be a Jack or Jill of all trades and manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and participate in the activities and events of the association. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working in a membership based organisation, or not for profit Association, but this is not mandatory - let's face it...if you're good, you're good and your skills are transferable to any industry.  High level verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner, solid computer and time management skills together with a high attention to detail are mandatory however. A current driver's license and car are essential in order to periodically attend off-site meetings and events.

See the ad on Seek for more information about the role and details on How to Apply
