Over the span of 29 years, Andrew continues to be actively engaged in improving levels of engagement within the industry by actively steering his company to embrace diversity, safety and environmental sustainability. The experience, knowledge and causes he has championed, have resulted in him being invited to sit on boards for external organizations, and invited to join committees as a business Mentor for minority groups. His longevity in the industry, and his continued enthusiasm to it, is evidenced by the growth of Super Gardens and the inroads he has made into assisting minority groups assimilate into the community (also addressing the skill shortages within the industry).
